Approach:
I use a variety of evidence-based modalities in order to support the specific needs of each individual. These modalities include: CBT, DBT, CPP, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and aspects of psychoanalysis. Additionally, my work is grounded in principles of cultural humility and trauma-informed care.
Education, Special Training, & Licensure:
I graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare with my Master’s in Social Welfare. I am licensed as an Associate Social Worker in California (ASW#24245). My undergraduate degree is from Middlebury College where I earned a Bachelor’s in English and American Literature. I have special training in EMDR through the EMDR Institute.
